How far in advance do I need to book?
Three days is our minimum. We would hope for at least a couple weeks to let our staff know and allow our coffee time to rest, however, if we have the availability we can make it happen.
What is your minimum service time?
Our minimum service time is 1 hour and our max is as long as you need.
How do I book?
Click the “Book Here” button and fill out the form with your event details. You’ll receive a personalized quote within 24-48 hours. If you’re happy with your quote, you can confirm your booking by paying the 40% deposit or the full amount.
Do I pay a deposit?
If not paying in full upfront — a 40% deposit is required to officially reserve your date.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! Up to 4 (including 40% deposit).
When is the final payment due?
The remaining balance is due 10 days before your event.
What if my event date or time changes?
We understand that we have little control in life! If your date or time changes, just reach out as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate the change based on availability.
How far will you travel?
We’re based in Auburn, AL but we’re happy to travel for events! Travel fees may apply depending on distance. Include your location in your inquiry and we’ll provide all details in your quote.
Would you do a multi-day event? How does that work?
Absolutely! Each day is quoted separately based on time, guest count, and location. Just include all your dates in the booking form and we’ll send a custom quote.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes — once you're ready to book, we’ll send a simple contract to review and sign. This helps protect both sides and officially secures your spot.
